For agencies that sell voice AI agents

Voice agents that work on real calls.

Your agent works in the demo, then talks over callers, goes quiet or says it booked when it didn’t. I fix that. One agent, €1,500 fixed, tested before handover.

  • Fixed price, no hourly billing
  • Done in 3–5 days
  • Pass/fail test agreed up front

See the difference a fix makes

The same call, before and after tuning. Every silence is drawn to scale, so you can see how long the caller waited.

Then talk to my demo agent yourself. Ask what a fix costs, or try interrupting it.

The problem

Where voice agents break on real calls

Your client doesn’t care why. They just hear it. These are the four I fix most.

It talks over your callers.

Why it happens
Turn detection tuned for a quiet room, not a car, a kitchen or someone who pauses to think.
How I fix it
Tune when the agent decides you’ve finished, and let callers interrupt it cleanly.

It goes quiet for two seconds.

Why it happens
Speech-to-text, the model and the voice waiting on each other one by one, or a prompt that’s far too long.
How I fix it
Stream each step, trim the prompt and add a short filler line while a tool runs.

It says it booked, but the calendar is empty.

Why it happens
A tool call that failed silently, and the agent confirmed anyway.
How I fix it
Check every tool result before the agent says “done”, and add a fallback when the calendar doesn’t answer.

It worked yesterday.

Why it happens
A prompt or model change with no test calls behind it.
How I fix it
A set of scripted test calls that runs before every change, so you hear about breaks before your client does.
How it works

From broken demo to a passing test

One agent, one fixed price, and a test we agree on before I start.

  1. Audit

Free for the first few agencies

Send me your demo link. I test it and send you a 3-minute video of what breaks and how I’d fix it.

  2. Agree the test

    In writing, before I start

Which calls are in scope, and what passes. For example: “reply under 1 second on 20 test calls” or “20 out of 20 bookings land in the calendar”.

  3. Fix

    €1,500 fixed · 3–5 days

I fix the agent and run the test calls until it passes.

  4. Handover

    When it passes

Before and after recordings, the test results and a short note on what changed.

Voice agent fix

No hourly billing and no surprises. The audit comes first and is free.

If it doesn’t pass the test, it isn’t done.

  • A fix for one agent: talking over callers, slow replies, failed bookings or tool calls, prompt clean-up
  • A written test agreed before I start, like “reply under 1 second on 20 test calls”
  • A set of scripted test calls, run until the agent passes
  • Before and after recordings, the test results and a short note on what changed
  • Delivered in 3–5 days

About

I make things work after the demo

I’ve been building software since 2019, when I started taking web projects on Fiverr. Then I spent two years in security at a digital bank, where I learned how systems break. After that I was CTO at three startups, and today I’m Co-Founder & CTO at BIMxAI.

Voice agents are the hardest thing I’ve shipped. In a demo, nobody interrupts, the Wi-Fi is perfect and the calendar always answers. On real calls, none of that holds. Closing that gap is my job.

FAQ

Questions agencies ask

Is the audit really free?

Yes, for the first few agencies. Send me your agent’s demo link and I send back a 3-minute video showing what breaks and how I’d fix it. No call needed.

Which platforms do you work with?

I’ve built voice agents on Pipecat, Vapi and Retell. If yours runs on something else, send the demo link anyway: the free audit shows whether I can fix it before you pay anything.

What if it doesn’t pass?

Then it isn’t done. We agree the test in writing before I start, and I keep running the test calls and fixing until the agent passes.

What do you need from me?

A demo link for the agent, and access to its prompt, tools and platform settings for the fix. I work with test calls and fake data wherever I can. Your client’s data stays yours.

What about time zones?

I work from Islamabad (UTC+5), in English. For US agencies, that usually means the fix is ready when you wake up.
